Both the Buyer’s Information Meeting and the Auction will be held at the Property, 36128 County Road 30, which is the junction of Roads 30 and NN.

Property: Approximately 363± in Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 42 West lying South of County Road 30 and between County Roads PP and NN. 317± FSA acres of expired CRP land and 46± FSA acres of grass with an older set of improvements that includes a good 40’x80’ steel building with concrete floor and a domestic/livestock well.

Minerals: Purchase price to include all Sellers’ currently owned mineral rights and Sellers’ interest in a Wind Generation Lease with Sand Lilly.

FSA Base Acres: 317 acres of wheat base
