We offer multiple auction bidding options so buyers from across the state, country, and globe can bid in the way that's most comfortable and convenient. Our live auctions are held in different locations, depending on the type of auction.

    • Our monthly live consignment auctions are held at our well-maintained AMA lot located at 17906 County Road 29, Brush CO 80723.
    • We also conduct off-site farm equipment, real estate, business liquidations and estate auctions.

Auction Bidding Options: Bid Live On-site or Online

Live auctions, driven by the chant of the auctioneer, offer a truly competitive bidding atmosphere. We offer multiple auction bidding options so you can participate in our live auctions no matter where you are located. Not all auctions or items within an auction have online bidding capabilities.

Because we are a live auction company, live on-site bidding is available as an auction bidding option for all auctions. All buyers are required to register at the AMA on-site sales office for each auction AMA conducts.
 
    How to Register
  • Present a valid, state-issued ID, such as a driver’s license
  • Register for on-site bidding at the AMA sales office
  • Submit or have on file your signed AMA Buyer’s Agreement.
    Your AMA Buyer’s Agreement remains valid and on-file until your information changes or AMA deems it necessary to update
Online bidding is a convenient auction bidding option that allows you to participate in our live auctions if you are unable to join us in person. We offer live and pre-auction online bidding options. Not all auctions or items within an auction include the online bidding option; the online bidding option is offered at the discretion of sellers and may not be available for every item in every auction. Our auction catalog will clearly note which items include online bidding. Access to high speed internet is required.

  • Any additional information or documentation required to approve your Online Bidding registration will be requested via email
    How to Buy - Pre-Auction Online Bidding
  • Place your pre-auction online bids via our Online Bidding Portal up to one hour before the live auction’s scheduled start time
  • Set your max bid for each item on which you would like to bid
  • Our online clerk bids on your behalf during live auction. When we bid on your behalf, we buy as cheap as possible without exceeding your maximum bid.

  • Bid in real-time from anywhere in the world
  • If you want to bid online using your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), our upgraded system now uses a webapp, accessible from your mobile browser. Simply go visit AMAAuctions.Online on your mobile device. This webapp has more functionality including registering an account, pre-bidding, viewing catalogs prior to each live auction, and more!
  • Access to high-speed online is required to participate in live online bidding
We offer live phone bidding for buyers who are unable to attend our live auctions. This convenient auction bidding option allows you to bid live over the phone. You can see the complete auction catalog online to select the items on which you would like to bid.

    How to Register
  • In order to be eligible for live phone bidding, you must properly register for the auction
  • Submit or have on file your signed AMA Buyer’s Agreement
    Your AMA Buyer’s Agreement remains valid and on-file until your information changes or AMA deems it necessary to update
  • Call in your bids directly to 970.842.5575. We recommend calling at least one day before the auction when possible to ensure your bids are placed in a timely manner but we accept phoned-in bids during the live auction.

  1. Traditional Absentee Bidding

    Call, email, or stop by the AMA office to set up your absentee bids. We encourage you to provide your absentee bids one day before the live auction. When we bid on your behalf, we buy as cheap as possible without exceeding your maximum bid.

      • Select the items on which you’d like to bid in our next live auction

Picking Up Your Auction Purchases

AMA provides crew and equipment to load out all auction purchases. You will find load out details and requirements within each auction’s information and on your receipt.

Pick Up At AMA

AMA is the only auction company in the region that provides a full fleet of forklifts and equipment, as well as personnel, to handle and load any items you purchase during the live auction; we do this at no additional charge to you.
