Every bidder must register before participating in an AMA auction. Online bidders can complete registration through our secure bidding platform, while on-site bidders can download the Buyer Agreement ahead of time to save time at the sale office. Both options help us maintain accurate bidder records, streamline your check-in experience, and ensure a smooth auction day. No. Once your Buyer’s Agreement is on file, it remains valid until your information changes or we require an update.
Online registration can be completed anytime before the auction begins. On-site bidders should bring their Buyer Agreement to AMA as early as possible, ideally before auction day.
A valid email address, completed online registration, and an approved bidder account through AMAAuctions.Online.
We offer live phone bidding and traditional absentee bidding for buyers who are unable to attend our live auctions.

    How to Register
  • In order to be eligible for live phone bidding or absentee bidding, you must properly register for the auction
  • Submit or have on file your signed AMA Buyer’s Agreement
    Your AMA Buyer’s Agreement remains valid and on-file until your information changes or AMA deems it necessary to update
  • For Live Phone Bidding: Call in your bids directly to 970.842.5575. We recommend calling at least one day before the auction when possible to ensure your bids are placed in a timely manner but we accept phoned-in bids during the live auction.
  • For Absentee Bidding: Select the items on which you’d like to bid in our next live auction. Let us know your maximum bid amount for each item on which you would like to bid. Call, email, or stop by the AMA office to set up your absentee bids.
