3,770+ deeded acres of irrigated and dry farmland with improvements and some grass, plus 480+ acres of State Lease, including irrigated and dry farmland, all north and east of Haxtun, CO in Phillips & Sedgwick Counties. This land will be sold at public auction with no reserves and will be offered in 18 individual tracts, combinations and in its entirety.
