We are offering 572 shares of the Tetsel Ditch Company, which include Priority Right No. 9 dated November 15, 1874, for 17 cfs and Priority Right No. 21 dated July 1, 1882, for 20 cfs.

The Tetsel Ditch Company consists of 1,073 outstanding shares with a 1950-2002 average river diversion totaling 5,165 af/yr. The estimated consumptive use of the 1,073 shares averaged 2,157 acre-feet, based on a 20% ditch conveyance loss, an irrigation efficiency of 50% and 1,081 irrigated acres.*

The 572 shares for sale represent 53% of the total outstanding shares.
